Originally The Crane Plumbing Company headquarters, 888 S. Michigan Avenue now provides a boutique living experience to its residential community. The condo association wanted to pay homage to the history of the building and the original corporate logo. We modernized the building name, developed a new identity system and incorporated a graphic crane as a tribute to The Crane Plumbing Company.
