The University of Florida was building a new luxury student housing facility. They had the blueprints and a design plan, but no name or way to market it to students. We named the building, created a brand identity, which was extended to their online presence in order to recruit new residents. We wanted the brand to be relatable and ownable, so we recruited local students to be featured in our photography. Design proposal created in partnership with Trisect.
