After renovating The Franklin, a 60-story luxury property at 227 W Monroe St., Tishman Speyer continued to freshen up the amenities with a new global lunch café. Featuring Chef Fabio Viviani, the café would have 7 kitchens of elevated lunch cuisine. We named the restaurant and developed their brand identity, which helped inform the environmental design. Additionally, we consulted on interior signage and design materials. Created in partnership with Trisect.
